Anything you give through this page is a gift, freely made — your way of helping a channel keep doing what it does. You are not buying anything: no product, no service, no membership and no reward comes back to you. A gift is not a purchase.
Refunds
Since your gift is freely given, you can ask us to return it in full within 14 days, and you never need to give a reason. Beyond those 14 days we can still return it where something truly went wrong — the same payment taken twice, a payment you never approved, or the wrong figure being charged.
When we approve a return, the money goes back to the method you paid with, usually inside 14 business days.
How to request a refund
Send a note to vinstore115@gmail.com with your name, the email you used when giving, and the transaction ID or the date. You should hear back from us within 3 business days.
Monthly (recurring) support
If you have set up a monthly gift you are free to end it at any point from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments). Ending it stops everything scheduled after that, from the close of the period you are currently in. Your latest payment still falls inside the 14-day window described above.
EU / UK consumer rights
None of this reduces the consumer rights the law already gives you.
Disputes
If you would rather go directly to PayPal, the PayPal Resolution Center is open to you. We reply to every honest request for a refund or a dispute.
